Mindfulness helps with emotional regulation and focus for children. As children transition into early primary school years, they often find themselves overwhelmed by multitude of stimuli surrounding them. Demanding academic tasks, social expectations from teachers, and over-stimulation by screens can leave our children wound up on a daily basis.

This program offers children the opportunity to learn mindfulness activities that can help quieten their minds at the end of each day. A calm mind leads to better sleep, better mood, and better focus. Additionally, we provide individual feedback sessions with parents free of charge, offering valuable tips on how they can support their child’s mindfulness journey.

Join us as we empower children with mindfulness techniques, allowing them to navigate the challenges of daily life with greater ease and resilience.
