Synopsis:
In today’s competitive academic environment, the level of attention and focus required from children is immense. However, every child has a unique attention level.
In this class, we will provide children with valuable skills to enhance their focus and attention. We will explore various factors that influence children’s attention, such as screen time, sleep patterns, anxiety levels, and distractibility. By addressing these factors, we aim to equip children with effective strategies to improve their attention levels.
