Stephanie is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other mindfulness-based interventions.
Stephanie has served both children and adults clients and has received additional training in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Stephanie obtained her Master of Psychology (Clinical) and Ph.D. (Psychology) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). She is interested in parent-child relationships and has conducted local research to uncover how parent-child interactions may contribute to the development of mental health difficulties. Some of her work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences.
