This workshop is open for the public for the very first time!
Previously it has been kept behind closed doors to be practiced only by mental health professionals only in Singapore. Participants in those workshops report high levels of satisfaction in their relationships after the workshops.
And now, we are going to share the love with the public for the very first time.
“Loneliness is pervasive in our society. In fact, it has come to be described as a public health issue. Even when living in cities, surrounded by people, people are feeling more and more lonely and isolated. This is something that has occurred progressively as we become more disconnected from each other through work, travel or simply not enough time.” —- Professor Emma Waddington, Clinical Psychologist
